*In the 2022 General Election, pursuant to a September court order, an elector is only required to present a current photo identification showing the elector’s name OR a current utility bill, bank statement, paycheck, notice of confirmation of voter registration, government check, or other government document that shows the elector’s name and current address. An elector may register or change the elector’s voter registration information after the close of regular registration as provided in 13-2-301 and vote in the election if the election administrator in the county where the elector resides receives and verifies the elector’s voter registration information prior to the close of the polls on election day.
