This four-hour notary course is approved by the Montana Secretary of State as a pre-requisite to becoming a notary or renewing your Montana notary commission. It meets or exceeds Montana notary education law requirements as stated in Montana Code Annotated 1-5-620. This course will also outline in an easy and practical format everything a Montana notary needs to know to pass the Montana notary exam and serve the public with a standard of excellence while following the established standards of sound notary practices and Montana notary laws.
