Ray Dagnall, former records warehouse supervisor, has been promoted to be the manager of the Records and Information Management Division as well as the chairman of the board for the State Records Committee at the Montana Secretary of State’s Office. Dagnall is overseeing the transition and migration of state records to a new records center. This change will provide savings to the agency and state, and will also facilitate a more efficient records management process and provide a safer environment in which to store records.
Dagnall is from Townsend and has worked for the secretary of state’s office for eight years. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science.
