HELENA, Mont. — Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen and the Montana Elections Team celebrated a package of elections red tape relief legislation from the 2025 Legislative Session as Secretary Jacobsen filed the bills into law.
“This marks a significant step forward for our electoral process in Montana. These election red tape relief bills are designed to improve efficiencies for our election administrators and ensure a smoother, more streamlined voting experience for every Montanan,” said Secretary Jacobsen. “The Montana Elections Team remains committed to providing safe, secure, transparent, and accessible elections to all Montana voters.”
